Case study of hybrid packaging using three materials.
We use three materials to facilitate product classification, ensure non-interference design, and secure load capacity.
We would like to introduce a case where a round steel plate was packaged using three materials: reinforced cardboard, round paper tubes, and wooden pallets. While inserting the product into the round paper tube, we used partitions made of reinforced cardboard to separate the products, ensuring no interference between them. Since the total weight is approximately 300 kg, we designed the partitions and the C-type outer box made of reinforced cardboard, taking into account the load-bearing capacity when stacked. By using strong materials, this design also allows for returnability. Our company selects and designs dimensions, shapes, and materials based on the destination and product specifications. We also consider size and specification proposals to match the dimensions of containers and trucks. [Case Overview] - Designed with partitions and a C-type outer box made of reinforced cardboard, considering the load-bearing capacity when stacked. - The design also allows for returnability. *Please feel free to visit our website and contact us for more information.*
